Delivery Policy

Delivery Timeframe:

• Our courier partner typically delivers parcels within 2–7 working days from the date of shipment.
• Daily shipment schedule is from Monday to Friday; no shipments on Saturdays, Sundays, or national public holidays.

Delivery Fees:

• For small orders within West Malaysia, the delivery fee is RM10.
• For deliveries to Singapore or East Malaysia, the delivery fee is RM50.
• For other overseas regions, please contact customer service for the delivery fee.

Free Delivery Details:

• Free delivery within West Malaysia for purchases of RM99 or more.
• Free delivery to Singapore or East Malaysia for purchases of RM500 or more.
