REFUND & RETURN
Return and Refund Policy
All products sold are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of quality defects. If you receive a product with quality defects, please refer to the “Product Defects” section below for instructions on obtaining a replacement.
Product Defects

Parcel Inspection Upon Receipt:
- All parcels are securely packed in courier flyers. If the parcel appears damaged or tampered with upon receipt, do not accept it from the postman.
- Take a photo of the consignment note and the condition of the parcel.
- Refuse to sign for the parcel and request the postman to return it to us.

Replacement for Damaged Parcels:
- Send us the photos of the consignment note and the damaged parcel.
- We will dispatch a new parcel within two (2) working days.

Discovery of Defective Products After Opening:
- If you discover a defective product after opening the parcel, take a photo of the defective item and contact our customer service.
- We will provide compensation within two (2) working days.

Incorrect Product Received:
- If you receive a product that differs from what you ordered, take a photo of the incorrect item and contact our customer service.
- You can return the incorrect product, and we will dispatch the correct item to you within two (2) working days.
